Electric Ireland require a market research company to carry out regular customer satisfaction and experience and brand performance trackers, to highlight how the organisation is performing across a range of different criteria and customer touch points. There will be a requirement to provide a common methodology and consistent approach to measuring customer satisfaction and experience, advertising, PR, sponsorship and proposition effectiveness; and measuring subsequent effect on brand health.
ESB retains the option to extend the contract for up to a further three (3) years.
