The consultancy services required for this project will be procured on the basis of a single integrated design team. The selected team will be required to provide all design services and advice/ancillary services in relation to all aspects of the fit-out works and all engagements with the landlord in relation to both the landlord and tenant works throughout the construction period. The fit-out works will be procured separately by the NTMA. The Integrated Design Team shall comprise, but not necessarily be limited to:

        1. Architectural services including Employer"s Representative, Planning Consultancy services, ‘Assigned’ Certifier. Fire Consultancy services, Project Management.
