Procurement of Integrated Workplace Management System by the OPW
The Commissioners of Public Works (Contracting Authority) seeks the supply, installation and support and maintenance of an Integrated Workplace Management System (IWMS). Initially, it is intended that the system will provide property maintenance functionality but the Contracting Authority also seeks the option to extend the system to cover Property Management and Capital Works Project Management.
The provision of an Integrated Workplace Management System (“the System”) to manage the maintenance of the Office of Public Works (OPW) property portfolio.
The Contracting Authority shall also have the option to extend the system to cover Property Management functionality (Phase 2) and Capital Works Project Management functionality (Phase 3). The estimated value of each optional phase is as follows:
— property management modules (optional): estimated value range is 750 000 GBP to 1 500 000 GBP,
— capital works project management (optional): estimated value range is 250 000 GBP to 500 000 GBP.
There will also be an option to extend the contract in respect of the support and maintenance of the system for a period of up to 3 years beyond the initial 5-year contract term. The cost of this potential 3-year extension is estimated at between 500 000 GBP and 1 000 000 GBP.
